Is the transfer private or shared with other passengers?<\/strong>
All our transfers are private, and your group will be the only passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will I be dropped off and picked up directly from my hotel or private accommodation?<\/strong>
For all private transfers, the driver will take you straight to your hotel or the address provided in your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much luggage can I bring?<\/strong>
Each person is allowed one bag or suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I bring extra luggage or sports equipment?<\/strong>
When you make your reservation, you can add extra luggage or sports equipment for an additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you supply child seats?<\/strong>
For most vehicles, we can provide child seats. You can add them during your reservation, although there may be an additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we bring a folding wheelchair onto the vehicle?<\/strong>
We don\u2019t charge extra for a folding wheelchair, but you must indicate in your reservation that you will be bringing one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you charge extra for credit card payments?<\/strong>
There are no extra fees for credit card payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When should I book?<\/strong>
You can book online up to 24 hours before travel. For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before the transfer), please call our call center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COVID-19 Pandemic Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfers canceled during the COVID-19 pandemic will be exchanged for credit for use in subsequent months or years. There are no refunds during the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do I need to show to the driver\/representative at the airport\/resort?<\/strong>
You need to bring a printed copy of the booking voucher for each way. The driver will keep one copy, so please ensure you have two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where will I find the driver?<\/strong>
Normally, you will find the driver in the arrivals hall after collecting your luggage, holding a sign with the name provided in your booking. If there is a special meeting point, it will be indicated on your voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At departure, the driver will meet you at the reception. If you are at a private address, please wait outside so the driver can spot you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do I do if I can\u2019t find the driver?<\/strong>
Please call our assistance number, which is listed on your voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If my flight is delayed?<\/strong>
We monitor the status of your flight to ensure we collect you on time. If there are significant changes or delays, please call our call center to inform us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I don\u2019t receive the booking voucher?<\/strong>
Normally, you will receive the voucher shortly after payment. If you haven\u2019t received it, please send us an email and we will resend the voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
